Martha R. (WaWa) Viamontes, of North Providence, RI, passed away December 5th, surrounded by her loving family, at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital. Martha was born in Cuba and followed her husband to the U.S. in the late 1950’s, becoming a U.S. citizen in 1973.
After living in various places around the U.S., they settled in R.I., where they have lived the last 48 years. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Gonzalo (WoWo), her son Manuel (Tony), her daughter Jacqueline White, 7 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren. Martha was predeceased by her eldest son, Gonzalo (Guy), Jr.
Relatives and friends kindly invited to attend services on Friday, December 22nd at 10:00am in Mount Saint Mary Cemetery Chapel, Pawtucket.
